I have a club that has all the FTH e-mails generated but WITHOUT the club number

i.e. members@clubdomain-name.com instead of members-1234@clubdomain-name.com

They also have a custom domain name, NOT the default of clubname.toastmatersclubs.org

Could that be the problem?

Thanks
TDK

Terry,

That sounds correct. My club is members@excelloratorstm.org. When you have a custom domain name, you don't need the number on the name. The domain name makes the email unique.

Since you actually tell the system what your custom domain name is (in Basic Settings), the club number is not needed in that scenario. The system literally determines your club number by looking up the custom domain name.
