The other day I sent an error message that out VPE received when she attempted to access additional agendas. I tried to do the same, i.e. I checked the box to see additional agendas, and received the same error message:

Software error:

Can't call method "epoch" on an undefined value at /var/www/cgi-bin/meeting_db.pl line 162.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Need to get access ASAP. Thank you

Somehow you have been inadvertently creating junk agendas and that was the issue.

I am filtering them out now to prevent the error, but I need to figure how how they got created in the first place so I can prevent the problem in the future.

I think maybe what was happening is that if you clicked the edit button after clicking the Create New menu link, it would create a junk agenda.

Don't worry about it... as i have noted, I have put some additional checks and safeguards in place to prevent the issue form happening again.
