The server they should be connecting to is mx1.deerfieldhosting.net. However, this is not how email transport should work. To send email, an email server should look up the designated email servers for a domain using DNS and then select the one with the lowest weight.
Are you willing to communicate with our email host service provider? I think that will make it easier to sort this issue.
