Emails from Toasthost are not being received at all

Earlier today I had sent some welcome emails to new members. They received the welcome emails and tried to create a password. They clicked the login button with a blank password textbox but never received a password creation email. To make sure it wasn't just a new member issue, I tried sending an email to the club officers through the "Club E-mail Addresses" link and no email was received. I also tried emailing the agenda for our upcoming meeting and never saw it come through.

So, the last emails that were received from our Toasthost site happened around 10:30am today. Do not know exactly what time the system stopped working.

I'm seeing a number of entries in the email log marked like this:

Mar 28 17:56:46 toastmastersclubs sendmail[26142]: v2SHuebI026133: to=<hannah(redacted)>, ctladdr=<server@toastmastersclubs.org> (501/502), delay=00:00:06, xdelay=00:00:06, mailer=esmtp, pri=151509, relay=bcbsnc-com.mail.protection.outlook.com. [216.32.181.234], dsn=5.7.1, stat=User unknown

The emails are getting to the server, but aren't being received by the next step in the process, which looks like it may be one of your company servers.

Interestingly, I sent a couple of emails to my own officer addresses, and my own email host isn't accepting them.

I need to ask Brian (server administrator) to have a look.

Thanks so much for looking into it. I wondered, at first, if it could be an issue on our side but we send out agendas and use the "Club E-mail Addresses" link all the time and have never had this kind of problem.

When you sent the test email to the officers, did you use the email application built into the club website? Or was it a separate email program on your own system? E.g. outlook, thunderbird, or even using your browser to log into a webmail program.
