When I logged into Namecheap the control panel looked the same as it always has. The MX record read traffictoastmasters.org. I couldnt remeber what the setting should be so I looked it up in the FTH docs. Our emails were working until just recently when someone had an issue. When I checked the settings I noticed this MX record.
I am a little concerned then, since I am the only one who has access to this account. I am also a web designer so I am familiar with how these settings work. Does anyone know what traffictoastmasters.org is?

Traffictoastmasters.org was the club of one of the authors of some of the very early DNS settings docs, and I imagine he used it as the example in his doc.

Because most of us can't update the information, it does raise the question of whether these old docs are of much use, and would be best removed entirely.

Okay so that it explains it then. That website traffictoastmasters.org no longer exists and so when it was taken down, so were some of the emails that had it setup in their MX records. I have reviewed the lastest docs on FTH and there is no mention of that site that I could see.
Thanks for the clarification.
