Members cannot sign up for roles

This is Danny, VPE for club 7957.
There are a number of our members who are ' grayed out' and cannot be assigned open roles in the agenda.
They can't sign up and I can't assign them.
Examples:
Mark Snow, Carmen Breen

This is because those members have indicated that they will not attend the meeting. You only need look at the Attendance tab to see this.

Thank you for your prompt response. Can you tell me how to locate the Attendance tab -I did not know we had this feature. also if their is a support link showing how members set and/or change their attendance

Never mind - just found the Attendance tab on each agenda - great feature! - problem is solved
