Display issue with Project/speech titles (browser specific)

Unfortunately I saw this issue appear again today, and despite clicking the 'reload page from server' several times in Chrome the filler text did not disappear. Screenshots attached, workflow was simply loading the agenda page in Chrome (Chrome first, followed by IE and Edge, which did not display the incorrect text). Important note: this was happening earlier today at work, where I collected the screenshot. Now, a few hours later from home, it is not occuring. So perhaps some sort of caching may still be occurring?

To answer Steves questions:
1. Does it only happen on agenda initial load or after an edit?
1A. It occurs on first agenda load, after refreshing, and still appears after clicking the 'reload page from server' link at the bottom of the page. It only occurs in Chrome, as both IE and Edge were fine. I attempted to replicate the issue from home, as I wanted to determine whether it appears on the upcoming Agenda page ( powerspeakit.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda.html ) vs. the (same) date-specific agenda page ( powerspeakit.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda-01007058.html ). Each page was for our upcoming meeting on 4/18.

2. Does it happen after someone takes or drops a role via the button? What if you add/drop via the agenda editor?
2A. Does not seem to be specific to adding/dropping roles.

3. Anything in common about the roles?
3A. It's only the speeches that are experiencing this, specifically it is the "Project/Speech Title" field that is autopopulating with the wrong text. Note: this text (evaluations are what we are here for) was a speech given by our president several weeks/months ago. Should I perhaps find and delete that particular agenda? Or remove his speech title from that historical agenda?

4. Are there any Javascript errors in red in the Chrome Developer Console?
4A. I right-clicked the "Project/Speech Title" field and clicked "inspect element". The side panel that loaded showed 4 warnings, attached as the second screenshot. These seem similar to what I saw earlier when I did this at work, however please note that I am not currently experiencing the issue on my home network.

Thank you all for your help and support in figuring this pesky issue out!
Best,
-Justin

I am not sure what to tell you. Your screen captures are pixelated and almost impossible to see... not helpful. Horrible!

Warnings are inconsequential.. just Chrome complaining. Errors in red are what matter.

As you say this only happens on one computer in one location with Chrome, my first instinct would be to tell you to clear that browser cache to clear out any old script versions.

However, as this is not something being reported by anyone else other than you, you will need to focus on your computer and the Chrome browser with the problem. There is nothing wrong with the data or your content since you know you can load the same data and content elsewhere. It is not data-related.

Focus on your browser, the cache, the cookies, etc. Try clearing those out, look at conflicting browser extensions, etc.

This is a local computer/browser issue and not a FreeToastHost issue... I am not going to spend any more time looking for a supposed FTH issue that is not there and is not being reported by anyone else... It is unlikely to be FTH related.

We are not here to provide computer support or help you fix your browser issues. If you have something that we can reproduce and that we can actually see in the screen captures, then great.
