Club emailer doesn't work on both System Email Client and Website Emailer

Dear Steve,

Our Club emailer to send email to all members doesn't work, in both System Email Cluent and Website Emailer.
This problem has been raised from our Toastmasters of the day. She have sent draft agenda earlier this week to all-members email address, and it worked fine.
She tried to send a Final Agenda today to all members, it came back with email stating there's an error in sending a message to all-members email (see document attached).

I have checked if Lisa's email registry somehow has not matched, it's fine.
I have checked if all-members club email address was typed down wrongly, no it's a correct address.
I have checked myself by sending email to all members via my gmail, it also gave me the same Error Messaging.
I have tried to send message directly via club's Website Emailer, I do receive a confirming email stated "The following email (w/ any variable replacements) was sent to: members-2069@toastmastersclubs.org" but up to now I haven't receive my own email (as member).

I tried to send you a private message via this Support site, with request for me to get a copy... I haven't receive a copy until now.

Is it possible that the mailing system in the server is down somehow?
