Club member IP address blacklisted, can't receive FTH emails

Hi Folks,

As the admin for our Club's FTH web site, I received the message below in response to an email that I sent to "members@universitytm.org". I am able to exchange normal emails with this member at the given address. She has contacted her ISP, and they claim no knowledge of this.

Can this email address we un-blacklisted?

There is nothing we can do about this. It is her mail server that is blacklisted. She need to contact her mail service.
