New Member Having Issues

A new member in my club had his email reject when he did a replay all to the club website: 3934-members@toastmastersclubs.org . I tried entering his name on the membership directory. The directory has his name, but the name and email are [strike]overstricken[/strike]. I wonder if it is due to the privacy issues,

Correct. The new member should have gotten an opt-in email when they were added to Membership Management. If they cannot find it, use the new Resent Opt-in Emails in Membership Management to resend them the email.

They have to click the Agree link in email or they will be deleted 30 days or thereafter they were added.
