How to "un-delete" agendas?

I've just noticed a problem when trying to create new meeting agendas for dates upcoming. I have canned agendas created, but the agendas being created have assigning roles to individuals that are no longer members of the club. This, I am sure, is due to my assigning individuals to those roles when I created the templates. It would be great if you could enable roles to be assigned to current OFFICERs of the club, perhaps with an additional option to change it (such as you do when you ask to confirm the time of the start of the meeting). Perhaps that is already an option that I'm unaware of?

I've also noticed that when using a template to create a new agenda, I was first using the "View Another Agenda" dropdown, that a list appears with many older meetings... meetings that have passed. I wound up deleting a bunch of them, thinking that more current ones would appear, but the list kept populating with even older meetings. I now realize that I shouldn't have deleted them, but don't see a way to UN-delete them (even though it says it can be done for up to 30 days). BUT, there's no indication of HOW to do that. If I click on the "List all Agendas" button I see what appears to be the ones I deleted, but again, that doesn't indicate that they WERE "un-deleted". So, how do I un-delete them? Or, can you do that for me?

You folks are great, thanks for all your help!
