president email address not working

I received a notice that the contact us email address is not working. It turns out that the president-1245@toastmastersclub.org email address is not working and that is what the Contact Us link is connected to. When I look at the Club Email address list, it shows the email address as being president-1245@toastmastersclubs.org but the error message comes back as president-1245@toastmastersclub.org (no S in club). I don't believe I changed that - not sure how I would do it. How can I fix that? It just started happening - last week it worked fine.

This is the error message:

1) the correct email address president-1245@toastmastersclubs.org FTH does not have any domain without the s in clubs

2a) Your president has a secondary email that is spelt wrong
2b) Your president should not be using a toastmastersclubs email in his profile it just creates a mail loop

Just to underscore Brian's comment, *no one* should ever be using a FTH list or officer email address in Membership Management or their Member Profile--it is like asking the system to send email to itself. (email loop) I am assuming that your club president was trying to do that and probably got the following error back:

  • The secondary email address can not be a club list, alias, or group email address. Please change it to an email account address that can receive email.
