Good afternoon,
I am the website administrator for TCOTS.toastmastersclubs.org and when I add a new member to our website it crosses him/her out instead of adding as a new member. I’m not sure why this is happening. What would you suggest so I can clear this up and get my new members added? Thank you so much for taking the time to support us and I for one really appreciate your team.
Happy Thanksgiving,
Ruth Iverson/ VPE and Site Administer for Toastmasters Club of the Sandhills

Thank you so much for the assistance you provided for getting new members into the club websight. I’ve re-sent the opt-in email but the link to opt-in for the new member is not showing up. I’ve sent it twice and still no link ☹️.
I am going to the “resent opt-in email”, is this correct? I’m thinking I might be doing this incorrectly. Can you offer any suggestions for me so I can help my new members get set up on the club website?
I apologize for asking so many times as I can see how busy you guys are. But any suggestions will really be appreciated. I really think I am not doing this right. ☹️

The new members see the link, you do not. The new member must click the link in the email to be added to the club website.
