Meeting Notes Not Visible to Input

I was just on our club's website to update the meeting description portion of our agenda and save it at the new meeting template. That was successfully accomplished. I noticed that when I go into our current, past, and future agendas that he Meeting Notes no longer are visible on the Meeting Agenda page. When I print the agenda, the previously typed notes print; however, they are not visible on the computer screen to edit, delete, or modify.

I tried looking as Administrator and again with my "normal" member account and same thing in both cases. I am not sure if or how I made that disappear. Any ideas on how to make Meeting Notes show up again on our Meeting Agenda pages?
