Is there a known issue for members using Apple computers? I have a couple of members who can't seem to log on - one on her iphone, the other on her Mac laptop. The latter used to be able to log on with no difficulty, but now, even though she enters her name and password, and doesn't get an error message, the access doesn't unlock for her.
