I just successfully changed my password and sent a support request. I went to log back in to my local site and was able to do so with my OLD password. I also got an email message that someone had logged in to 5538 with my credentials, unrecognized by the site. What's going on? Please confirm that my credentials are secure. thank you.

The support site and your club website are not linked.
You would need to change your password on the club website as well.
