Missouri City Toastmasters club (6507686). I have set the president, VPM and SAA as the ones that should receive "contact us" requests. Tested it and it worked. It keeps on stop working. Only I get them. I happen to be VPE and also administrator. Not sure why this is happening. Any suggestions? I am attaching the form as it is filled up.

There aren't any contact-us requests for your club for the last month.

As admin you receive password reset messages (setting on admin console, can be switched off).
You also get the opt-in emails - can be sent to other officers instead -see Settings tab on Membership Management)

We received an inquiry a couple of days ago. I was the only one that received it. This is the 2nd time it has happened. If you don't "see" inquiries, does that mean they come in some other way? It says it comes from clubleads@toastmasters.org.

That would have been sent via Find-A-Club to the club contact address on Club Central, not through your FreeToastHost website.

Also, keep in mind that while FreeToastHost supports Toastmasters clubs and is administered by TM members, we are *not* Toastmasters.org ... The domain in the sending address is a tip-off... @toastmasters.org means it would have come from the Toastmasters WHQ server not the FTH server.
