Authentication new member emails not being received by 3 members

I have 2 members that have been added in the last 2 weeks that have not received the opt in email. I am receiving my adm copy of the letters. I have a 3rd new member that was added 3 weeks ago that I am now receiving notices that she is down to 4 days before she will be deleted. I have asked this support team to fix this last week but as of today, these 3 members still have strike-outs and one is nearing the end. Help.!!!!! Don Scarmuzzi 3577689 Warren Ohio Toastmasters

Sharlene and Thomas their records are messed up you have mixed email and numbers in same field. You need to fix.

Brian...Thanks.......I really don't know how the numbers were added into the email address as I am careful with these quick adds and I received no error when I inputted them......but I did correct today by deleting the address and inputting the correct email address for Senediak & Rink and saved before I closed. They look OK now with just the line drawn through now. I resent the opt in emails so hopefully we will be OK when the click on the links and complete the process. Please let me know if I've done anything wrong thus far as well as what to do for Scharf. Thanks...Don S

did you have her add the 2 server email addresses to her safe contact list?

Brian....Yes I did have her add the addresses in just the way you advised. I also had her add server@toastmastersclubs.org & 3577689.toastmastersclubs.org and resent the opt in email. She did not receive the opt-in email you sent this morning nor any of mine just now. Do you think we should completely delete her and start the process again? Help.....Don
