Hi team
I (and others) have repeatedly received the following message when sending email via the FreeToastHost system:
kingsley@kingsley.nz appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)

This is incorrect. The email address works fine and is only rejected by FreeToastHost. This has been happening since the email address verification measures were put in place about a month ago.

I would greatly appreciate it if this situation could be corrected.

Many thanks

1) kingsley@kingsley.nz would never be a valid FTH email address. Please see your admin console for the list of valid email address for your site.

2) kingsley.nz does not point the the FTH server, FTH does not support domain forwarding.

3) kingsley.nz is not setup to use FTH email

4) it looks likes the domain has expired and is not parked at the registrar.

Please review the proper settings for the use of a custom domain and FTH
