I'm trying to help a new club 7012778 create a FTH website. The popup says that an email will be sent to klwietmarschen@butlerdd.org however she never receives the email. We reached out to her local IT team to verify that server@Toastmasters.org was not getting blocked. This is for a corporate club so we would like to figure out how we can ensure that they are able to receive emails from your server.

Do you have any suggestions other than change her email address to use a public one?

Thanks,
Michael J Pope, DTM

She should check her spam folder. Regardless of what her IT says, sometimes I find that IT departments do not always completely know how their email security really works. (It depends on who you talk to in the IT dept.)

Also, she should refer to the following for some additional thoughts, particularly about adding server address to her contacts: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

Thanks Steve. I have a meeting setup with her in the morning so we will review this information. I think she checked her spam filter before but I will check again tomorrow during our screen share.

Thanks

Users in corporate environments do tend to have some additional challenges.
Usually, contact addition is the simplest fix.

klwietmarschen@butlerdd.org looks like a problem email address for us, so no email will get sent to that email address.
