I did some more testing.

I'm curious what you're seeing in the mail logs for president@asbctoastmasters.org around 1030a to 11a Eastern Time 8/4/2019.

The test originated from Gravatate with two nearly simultaneous messages to the same ultimate destination => kenneth.r.portnoy@iname.com

The first message went directly. It was received within seconds.

The second message was addressed to president@asbctoastmasters.org so it was passed through FTH. The message sent through FTH has yet to arrive by ~1240pm.

Got anything logged? Is the incoming email visible to you?

I suspect the sender address is creating some consternation at FTH. For these messages from Gravatate, the sender address looks like: a71bb4dd-e833-461b-af58-7d56d28bcd0f_ch@automail.gravatate.com This address was taken from the message that was received. (I'm certain the form is the same although I can't vouch for the sender address to the left of the @ being exactly the same. I haven't seen it nor verified the exactness with the vendor.)

Also, @automail.gravatate.com is whitelisted at FTH.

Otherwise, all of the relays of email to @iname.com via president@ through FTH do just fine.

I wish I'd figured out how to tease the complete email header out of my gmail interface so I could provide it to you but I'm not that smart. If you know that secret, share it and I'll get you the full header from a successful email.

I'm enjoying the puzzle. I hope you are, too.

You may ask why I'm bothering with all this. That's a discussion for another venue and different time.

With huge respect and great appreciation.

K

If you are unwilling to use email addresses that the system can verify as valid, that is your choice, but we are only going to put so much time into figuring out what you need to do differently on your end. We are here for FTH support, not general computer support.

You can also use the following to help you determine what email addresses are ok: www.checktls.com/TestReceiver

the FTH server has not received any email in 4 weeks from gravatate.com, we will need to know the IP addresses that their mail server is sending from.

Godaddy is also in-the-middle, hosting our custom domain. That you're not seeing the traffic points the finger at them as does the fact that the originator is getting some "hinky" indications in their logs for the disposition of the missing outgoing traffic.

Lemme get with Godaddy to make sure that they're passing through the mail the way they should.

Sit tight. I'll get back to you, hopefully to say it was a Godaddy issue and FTH is working exactly as it should - which you suspect anyway. ;-)
