Dues Follow-Up: Email Not Sending

Greetings,

I am the treasurer for Club #2180: Jackpot Speakers. I am having trouble with the Treasurer Function > Dues Follow-Up > Basic Follow-Up Email-UNPAID DUES. I sent an email this morning using the Dues Management tool. In the Track Payments list, I am marked as "Send" so I should have received a copy of the email. After about 45 minutes, I tried sending the email again. I definitely got the "Email successfully sent" pop-up confirmation, but still no email came through. I thought maybe there was a backlog on the server or something, but 14 hours later, neither of the emails has come through. I'm not sure what to do next. Any troubleshooting suggestions would be appreciated.

I am using Google Chrome version 76.0.3809.132 and macOS Mojave version 10.14.6.

UPDATE: I tried sending an email using the duesnotpaid-2180@toastmastersclubs.org address this evening and I received my copy that way in under a minute.

The emails were sent, check your spam box, gmil doesn't like the from and to emails being the same

Thanks for the response Brian. I believe that's the email that I sent last night after the form didn't work earlier in the day. I did receive that final email. I checked my Spam on your suggestion, but nothing is there. Also, I asked other club members who should have received the emails earlier in the day and none (yet, at least) responded that they received either of those original attempts.

Bottom line, I managed to get the message out by sending an email from Gmail, but the function on the website still appears to not be working.

Malik: Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce this. I sent an email to myself in the dues module via the internal email creator without any issues.

Additionally, while my email shows up in the email log, after extensively searching the log for your email, I do not see what should be in the log if a send attempt was made.

Brian: When searching the email log, you will see "SUCCESS (User Email)" if the email originated externally, and "SUCCESS (Form Email)" if the email originated via the website. I am not seeing an appropriate log entry w/ the latter status for this case. I searched by club number, email address, and even a regular expression search.

Thanks, Steve. That suggests it's something specific to my browser or computer. I'll poke around a bit more and try it from work to see how it goes. I appreciate you looking into it.
