New member does not get opt in email from our club website

A new member does not get the opt in email "Pending Addition to Conquerors Toastmasters Club Website" even though the site admin and VP membership receive the emails and the reminders that she will be deleted if she doesn't respond. The emails are not going into the spam or junk folders either.

Her email ends in ".us" could that be why?

As a new member, this initial experience with our club is not making a good impression. She receives emails from Toastmasters International, but not from our club website, 9828.toastmastersclubs.org

You have not given us enough information. We need to know an email address that we can search for in our email logs to troubleshoot this.

Her email server is acceptin g all the emails you have sent her. have her chack her spam box or contact her email service with these log entries to find out where they are hiding her emails.
