No Link for New Members to "Opt In"

Hello,
I couldn't find this issue anywhere so here it is ... There are two members in one of my clubs who are receiving the opt in message but the link is not clickable. Also, when they copy the link and paste in browser it still does not work.

1) we always need the club number

2) when the issue is with people we need at least a first name.

Hello Brian,
How are you? Below is the information you need.

Club #4578 Westside Toastmasters

The two who are unable to opt in are Daniel and Ifeoluwa.

The problem with both of them is that they are unable to click on a "live" link, therefore they are copying and pasting the link in a browser but are still not able to reach a link to opt in. I'm meeting with them today hopefully, to see what's going on.

I added myself and received the opt-in email and the links were there and active.

Have them copy the entire link text and paste into notepad and then ensure it is one line and then copy and paste into their browser address bar.

Their mail server / email app is playing with the links
