I am curious how this person had access to the admin console to wreak such havoc.

It's a long story Brian! The member was the club president and self-appointed site admin, approved by the district trio but against my own concerns at the time (I was a long term member of the club and the area director). 6 months later I get to say "I told you so" but it doesn't make any difference. The damage to the club, the reputation of Toastmasters in our town and the hurt caused to members has already been done. The now removed member changed the site admin password and refused to provide it. I only got in after multiple guesses and found out all the data we had built up over 6 years had been removed. Havoc is an understatement. It's malicious and vindictive. If it's not possible to reinstate the former guest and prospect list that's OK, just thought I'd try!

Guest, Prospects and Former members are not kept after the delete time as the privacy laws kick in and we have to remove.

Sorry to hear our club is going through this. I hope you all persevere and rebuild the club from the ashes. You can then be called "The Phoenix"

Thanks Brian! Or the Koala, as we're Aussie and a few of those have crawled out of the ashes!
