Hello to our support hosts,

We are still struggling with our website email and in fact now, the website does not load what so ever. I made some adjustments in the DNS settings as you mentioned. So I must have done something incorrectly. Please review and let me know what I missed.

I refered to some other documentation from your website that mentioned that 3 Type A protocols were necessary for this website to work, but when I input them as per the instructions we have since lost our website hosting connection. And even after deleting them we are still missing our connection.

Please see attachments for what we currently have for DNS settings.

Thanks Colin

1) 2861.toastmastersclubs.org/ will always work
2) salmonarmtm.com, your dns is not broadcasting any zone records you need to contact your registrar.
3) you removed your base A record

Hi Brian,

We would like to continue with using our custom domain as we have been for a while. I'm not sure what you mean about our DNS not broadcasting any zone records. Are you refering to the Nameservers? They are the same as before which is through GoDaddy. ns19.domaincontrol.com and ns20.domaincontrol.com are correct or incorrect? I would presume then that if they are wrong we would need Free Toast Hosts own custom name servers to direct us to the right spot.

I have some more screen captures that will update you on what we now have.

Hi Brian,

I am in contact with GoDaddy and they have helped with the Type A records which seem to be ok now. They have asked me to ask for Toastmasters MX records required to host the email correctly. I looked through the feed here and haven't seem to found any clear info on that. Can you please verify the MX record info we need?

Thank you.
