Hi, One of my club officers' email is blocked by freetoasthost. Whenever he sends an email from his email registered in freetoasthost (in membership management), such as: to officers-5870464@toastmastersclubs.org or members-5870464@toastmastersclubs.org, his email won't go through. It states:

To: manekar@hotmail.com
Subject: [FreeToastHost] Message Not Delivered: Re: e-certificates for Toastmasters

You have been blocked (black listed) from sending emails to this address (officers-5870464@toastmastersclubs.org) from manekar@hotmail.com. Sorry. If you have any questions about this, please visit 5870464.toastmastersclubs.org .

None of us or any of the members would receive his email. Can you pls advise how to "whitelist" his email? Seems that even though that particular email is registered under freetoashost membershp management, it is still blacklisted. How can we ensure that he doesn't have problem sending email out to members?

You are correct, that email address has been blacklisted by another club.
You will need to add his email the the Email Security Block list exception list for your club.
