The officer email addresses are publicly accessible, so anyone can send to them. This is why you should have the "Is this SPAM?" links enabled for emails to the officer email addresses... then you can just click the link to send the email address from the sender to the club email blacklist so that the sender is blocked from sending further emails.

The club president could also disable the use of the officer email address (for themself) in their club profile.
