I will need the goddaddy log in, unless the person who owns the domain knows what to do.

Well, let's keep the ticket open. The person who owns the account is reluctant and does not know how to fix it. I am taking action with her to transfer it to my godaddy account or, ideally a club-owned and maintained account. I will let you know login info when transfer is accomplished.
Thanks so much!

You maybe should contact godaddy customer service and ask them for support (you are paying them for it).
Reference them to our doc: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview
