Weekly agenda email not being send out to all members

Starting last week we noticed that "Send Agenda via Email"(screenshot is attached) no longer sends out agenda to all "All Club Members" even though that option is the selected. Most of the members are not getting emails from the agenda template with this selection. An email to members-873616@toastmastersclubs.org from the website works.

Please let me know what we are missing.

This is strange. I used the same template, everything same, and it went out to all the members. I repeated the experiment with two other members. One member's email was successfully received, other ones email never made it.

Use Case 1: Ganga Bhavani Akkina, Lama Breidi uses the "Send Agenda via Email" feature to send this week's agenda and only one member gets it.

Use Case 2; Nina Klimek, Sarika Syamala, Sally Wurr uses the "Send Agenda via Email" feature to send this week's agenda and everyone in the club gets it. 

Why is the user in Use Case 1 having this issue?

Looks like this may be a cache/cookie management issue. Lama was able to send the email to all the members of the club successfully using another device. I have asked Bhavani to clear her browser's cache and cookies and see if it works. I will update what I find.

They have to check to whom and what options they want to send using.
Sending without reading instructions and documentation will get them into issues every time.
