You need to have darrenwalton@waltoncloud.com whitelist server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org
The Bounce Count for Email Address [darrenwalton@waltoncloud.com] has been reset to zero.

NO that is incorrect, your member has to add the server email addresses server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to his whitelist on the waltoncloud.com server.
