attendance notifications

Is there a way to make sure that when members mark that they will NOT be attending a meeting, that the email that gets sent out HAS THE DATE OF THE MEETING THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ATTEND listed in the email? Lately all attendance notifications have NOT had the date that they will be not attending and it causes confusion as to whether roles are going to be fulfilled or not.. Having that meeting date on there would be SUPER helpful.

thanks

Is this only happening for the "Meeting Attendance Notification" emails? (vs the role change emails)

This is an important detail. Please examine the emails and let me know.

I made some changes... assuming this is only happening for "Meeting Attendance Notification" emails.
