from club 3038. website 3038.toastmastersclubs.org Problem started about 1 week ago, or so. I am the EVP and Treasurer. I've been the evp for years and I am the club Sponsor listed at TI. I can send the agenda from Free Toast Host to all members, without any problem. However, I can't use the assigned club email of---
--- members-3038@toastmastersclubs.org in Aol. This is a new issue. I've been sending stuff to members through Aol using this email for years.

When I sent an email from my aol account-to all club members-
--using the email "members-3038@toastmastersclubs.org"-
-I get the following reject message in aol,
You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address ("members-3038@toastmastersclubs.org" ) from jasga9@aol.com . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

When I tried to send an email to club officers from my aol account of
officers-3038@toastmastersclubs.org, I get a reject saying
You have been blocked (black listed) from sending emails to this address (officers-3038@toastmastersclubs.org) from jasga9@aol.com. Sorry. If you have any questions about this, please visit 3038.toastmastersclubs.org .
thanks Linda

Another club has put your email address on their club blacklist and since your club uses the "Crowd-Sourced Blacklist", what other clubs do matters. (As you can see.)

Your options are to either add your email address to your club whitelist or to stop using the "Crowd-Sourced Blacklist" feature. In either case, you will be then able to send email to your own club but not any other clubs (via FTH emailing) that also use the feature.

If you need to send to other clubs using FTH email, you can either request that those clubs whitelist your email address or you can use a different email address.

Is there anyway a club can find out which club blacklisted us? Can only the admin access the whitelist? When I go under "membership management" tab, the email and whitelist portion shown in the link below does not show up . The link is support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms

Sorry no.
You know the clubs you have emailed, if you have forgotten check your sent mail.

You need to have your club site admin whitelist your email. in the Email management application under email security.

My club admin from club 3038 just replies saying... " I just checked; they all say "not found in the Crowd Sourced Black List." So, we cannot put on the "white list."

Could you check or advise what to do next.
