Cannot receive Zoom verification email

Hi, 

I cannot receive the Zoom verification code email so I cannot log in to zoom.us online. Could anyone help me? 

My email address with FTH is vpm-1442@toastmastersclubs.org. The email should come from no-reply@zoom.us titled "Code for signing in to Zoom". I have already added this email to the white list and set the SpamAssassin Threshold Score to 7. Still no luck. I checked my spam folder too. I contacted Zoom support and they said the email was successfully delivered and asked me to check the filters or blockers on my end. Could you help me check on the FTH server to see if the email was really delivered?

The weird thing is that I can receive other emails from no-reply@zoom.us, for example, the email telling me the storage has reached the limit, or someone is waiting for me to start the meeting, just not the email for verification code.

I see a number of successful emails forwarded to you from that address announcing that people had logged in to your account:  "xxx has joined your Personal Meeting Room" a few days ago,
and 2 today from support@zoomus.zendesk.com Subject:[Re: cannot login to zoom.us]

Have you checked your spam/junk mail folder?

Yes, I have checked my spam folders, and nothing there. 

Yes, I got the emails you mentioned. I just cannot get emails containing the verification code. The email should come from  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  titled "Code for signing in to Zoom".

There are quite a few emails titled [Code for signing in to Zoom] on the system, but none addressed to you.  
Note that if there is a BCC address included in the email, it won't be delivered to an FTH address, but it would still show as an error on the list.

Do you mean you don't see any email addressed to  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  and titled [Code for signing in to Zoom]? I tried today, so there should be one or two such emails from today. 

If that's the case, then the issue should be with Zoom, not FTH.
