Let me provide an update that might benefit other people having similar issues. 

It ran into a deadlock: Zoom said the verification code was successfully delivered. FTH said no such code was received. 

Solution or workaround that worked for me: I created a Gmail account for our club and asked Zoom support to update my account to use the Gmail address as the login. 

Now I am good.

FTH always suggest a backup email account for the club where copies of email going through FTH for you club can be stored.

does "all" include emails that are blocked by FTH? e.g. spam email.

If FTH forwards it to a member or list, the it will be sent to the archive email address.

I understand this.

My question is: some emails will be blocked by FTH because it thinks they are spam, will the achieve email address get a copy of such emails? I guess the answer is no?
