Assigning District Email Addresses for Division and Area Directors

Hi,

I have searched through different forums and I can't find the answer or haven't put in the correct question, which is possible.  My question is can I assign an individual email address to my Division and Area Directors through FTH?  I see an automated address for top administration members but nothing below that.  I know they are in specific groups for us to send as a group, but want them each to have an individual email address through the district. Example: DivAdir-d11@toastmastersclubs.org or A51dir-d11@toastmastersclubs.org  Is this possible and I just don't know where to find this info?  Appreciate any assistance with this as I have been the task to create these ASAP.

Public Relations Manager

Set custom groups containing only 1 member to be public in Email Settings if you want the emails to be publicly accessible.

Then create a custom group name for each of them in Membership Management and assign them to the custom group.   The group names you create can be used like the built-in group names in email.  e.g., Assign the Div A Director to a custom group called DivAdir, then  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  should work.   If you want single member groups to have corresponding public email addresses, then set that in Email Settings.

Hi SteveTheTechie,

I made my new list as you wrote.  The only thing is using DivAdir-d11@toastmastersclubs.org doesn't go through. But divadir-d11@toastmastersclubs.org. I guess it needs to be all lowercase letters. I don't understand the last sentence but I am still learning every day.  Thanks for the help.
David
