Hi, There.

Recently I added a new member to our Free Toast Host. She has trouble to log in. Looks like she did not get a chance to set her password in opt-in. Is there a way I can log in as admin and reset her password? Thanks,

Chun-Yen

A member can reset their password by entering their username or email address and leaving the password field blank, then clicking on Authenticate / Login. That will send a message to their email address, and they need to follow the instructions to set a new password.
