I am site admin for Cherry Creek Toastmasters club 2977.
I opened a support request yesterday 1/27 on this topic and received several replies. Thank you!

However, the issue is not resolved and in fact is worse today than yesterday. I thought it might be best to describe what has thus far transpired:
1. Support reply indicated they changed authorization from Member to Public and download worked. I tried this and it did not work.
2. Initially, none of the files would download. Then everything but the PDF and JPEG files would download.
3. Today, again none of the files will download. I have logged in as both Site Admin and Member and neither work.
3. It was suggested I change the code from 'action=download" to 'action=inline' When I got the Download popup, I changed the PDF file location to "action=inline", but it did not stay that way. Reverted to "action=download". Seems like there is a better place to make this edit but I do not know where it is.

Your continued assistance with this is most appreciated. as our Members rely on being able to download these files. thank you - nancy

What computer and browser are you using?

Have you actually checked to see if anyone else in your club other than you is having this same issue?

Yes, that is why I went into the downloads. They could not download and I said I would do it and send to her.
I am on a MacBook Pro using Safari. Also iPad using Safari. Also iPhone using Safari. I have never used anything but these devis=ces and this browser and I have never had an issue until now. My other member was using a Mac as well. Presumably with safari.

I also tried to upload the file again just to see... Same issue.
I am willing to try the 'inline' vs 'download' but it doesn't seem to work from the "url description' window that precedes the download.
Again, yesterday this went from No files would download, to only the PDF and JPEG not downloading. Today none of the files will download

I uploaded all new templates with new club officers at the end of the year. Do not recall if I have done anything since. Also not gotten feedback that it didn’t work until yesterday. It may be that people just gave up and didn’t know to tell me, but that’s just a guess.
you might have noticed another support request today from someone else with what liked like the same issue.

if you think the inline V’s download change will fix this, I’m happy to do that! Just couldn’t find how to change the Direct URL code

When you try to do a download, do you get an error message or anything that shows up on screen?

Some of our FTH ambassadors use Macs... I am curious if they are also seeing the issue.
