Cannot get email with "code" from DropBox.com

We use DropBox to store some club data. I tried to log into the account today, but DropBox wants to send me a 6-digit code to prove it is me (aka 2FA). The account is registered with our admin email address. However, the code never come through. I assume FTH is blocking email from DropBox.com. I tried adding @DropBox.com to the white list, but that did not work. I assume they are using a sub-domain for the code. They do this for other emails. I cannot add the subdomain to the whitelist as I cannot get the email in the first place to know what the subdomain is. I tried using a wild card in the white list (i.e. @*.DropBox.com), but that threw an error.
How can I get an email from DropBox.com to forward to my FTH admin email?

Thanks,
Stan Green

Can you temporarily change the email address that Drop Boxes uses to yours so that you can see what the sending email address is?

Changing the email address in DropBox is not possible as I cannot get the 6-digit code to login in the first place. Also, my experience tells me all club business should be done through an FTH email address. This way, if someone no longer wants to be part of the club, it is easy to recover access to information. We have been burned in the past with personal email addresses.

Most clubs use the "Archive email address" for the external third party applications and tools.
The archive email address is a non FTH email address.

I don't think we are most clubs. This would also require us to maintain an additional email address. But the bottom line for right now is we have important data in DropBox we can no longer access as, I believe, FTH is blocking the 2FA code. How can we get this resolved?

As we don't know the email address or IP address they are sending from we have no way of investigating.
You need to contact dropbox and get that information.
