Cannot get email with "code" from DropBox.com

Hi rhtaylor3, I did not sign up for Box 2FA, they just decided that they needed me to verify me using my email address. Yes, our admin email address is GMail. Here again, this address belongs to the club admin, not a given person.

By using my personal DropBox account, I can see the passcode comes from no-reply@dropbox.com. I have added @dropbox.com as a whitelist, but it is still not working. Support, so far, is only via chatbot. The chatbot is not able to provide any ip address information. However, my guess is a company as big as DropBox will use multiple outgoing email servers and, therefore, multiple ip addresses. It looks like DropBox is using 108.160.*

Can you tell if FTH is blocking DropBox.com in a way that the whitelist is not working?

The emails are being received/sent... not sure what Gmail is doing with them.
