Hello,
I am the VP Education and administrator of two FTH websites.  From the agenda of inspiringwm.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda.html   (Club ID: 7961069) when I select the option to email any agenda, the default TM logo at the top of the agenda does not appear or any other image attachments.  However, using the SAME laptop and SAME Chrome browser on a different tab, when I email from any agenda from a different club at  d60leadership.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda.html (Club ID: 28675453), the default TM logo and any pics attached does show up properly.  See attachment for the screenshot for both the working and not working website.

Thank you,
Angela Ho (angela.hoho@gmail.com)

You don't have the option "include member photos" when emailing the agenda.

Hello,
That is not the problem.  Both the working and nonworking club website does not have the "include member photos" option checked; they have the same default options checked: Include Meeting Description, Include Role Times , Include Role Descriptions, and Include Meeting Notes.  Nothing else was checked.  These are the default setting.  It is not the member photos that I want to include, but the default Toastmaster icon per the screenshot in my attachment when I opened this ticket.  I also tried checking "include member photos" as you suggested, but it made no difference.

Also when I clicked on "Include member photos" besides not fixing the issue, the members photos do not appear.

This is not our issue and we cannot do anything more than I have already done in the past to address it.   (e.g. I am aware of the issue) This is an issue with certain email clients, including Gmail, not showing images from unrecognized domains until you tell them to.  It looks like you use Gmail. (I do.)

For more information, I would advise you to check out the following for how to resolve it on your end:
