Error message re email address

For several months, at least, we get an error message whenever we send a group email to or club's "members-" email address, telling us that a message to a certain email has bounced too many times. I have gone into the administrator portal, and I cannot find that address anywhere. I recognize the person, and once upon a time we had him listed with two email addresses, but as far as I can tell the one that keeps getting bounced is nowhere in the system. Where, other than the membership management portal, could it possibly be appearing? I've looked everywhere I can think of!

If this is being read by someone who is able to go in and look, I'd be happy to share more specific info.

As you left out 3 valuable pieces of information we cannot help you.
1) we always need your club number
2) when talking about a member we need at least their first name
3) when talking about an email address we need the actual email address

I wasn't sure if the message was going to be posted to a general public forum or to an administrator!
The club is #5986 GUTS Toastmasters
The person's name is Howard Watson
Howard's correct email address is: watsonhoward@aol.com
The address that keeps getting bounced (according to the error message) is howard.watson@dc.gov

How has 2 email addresses aol and gmail.

The .gov email is not used for your club anymore. Maybe he changed it.

Brian, where are you seeing Howard Watson's gmail address? The only one that we see is the "aol" address under Membership Management.
By the way, this is GUTS Toastmasters, club 5986.
