Online documentation not working
Online documentations isn't working at the moment and will take a while to fix.
Our Club President is not receiving any club emails. Please help

Hi. My name is Louis Wasser and I am the current Vice President of Education of Ridgewood Toastmasters Club, which is currently in District 83, The club website is Ridgwoodtoastmasters.org. The club # 00002639.
We are having a problem ever since the new officers were put in the club roster on the club's website effective July 1, 2023. The President of our club, John Engeman, is not receiving any club-emails or contact submissions of guests. This has not happened to prior club Presidents before and I know this because I was the prior year President and did not have this problem.
This also did not happen to John Engeman before.
Our Webmaster also looked into it and could not find where the problem is and he states everything seems to be OK. But the problem is still occurring..
It seems to me there is a break in the link some where.for the Club President role. Im not sure. I also read somewhere in another forum message. hat it may have something to do with Global Access.
John Engeman CAN send out emails to any member as Club President but does not receive the email he sends out.
I don't have access to Membership Management as the Club President, VP of Membership and Treasurer and the Webmaster do. I am helping them out by sending this email.
We need help on this for the current President and future Presidents. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Problem is with his email processor. They are refusing connection to our FTH server.
Suggest he add agenda@toastmastersclubs.org and server@toastmastersclubs.org to his email contacts and his email service safe list.
He might also have to contact his email service.
