Message that Mail box is full

The Blue Mountains Toastmasters, club 5313214, president received a message indicating that the mail box was nearly full. The message from help@zuppler.com and was addressed to president@tbmtoastmasters.org and debera_f@hotmail.com. It had a link to "Fix-Now". We believe this may be spam. Will you please confirm as yes or no?
