Hi Brian,
Thank you for your reply.  The website alias was blank, so I entered lennoxlightningtm.org but it would not allow this.  It only allowed lennoxlightningtm, so I changed it to this, and now the website has become  lennoxlightningtm.toastmastersclubs.org

Is there a way that I can remove the 'toastmastersclubs.org' part at the end of the URL so that it becomes lennoxlightningtm.org once again?

Many thanks,
Esther

I've put in the domain name lennoxlightningtm.org  (The www part won't take - I'm guessing that is because the DNS records haven't been set up properly)
This is a custom domain that your club has paid for.  FTH only provides the text boxes in the admin console for you to make appropriate notes for future reference - e.g. when it expires...)
The alias and the club number access use the free URLs all FTH sites get using the FTH domain.  We have no access to your custom domain.  The documentation details what you need to make it work properly
