access to edit a future agenda

I am VP of Education. Do I have access to edit a future agenda? For example, I want to add another member's name for a role.
If I do have access to edit, how do I do that?

Go to the agenda and click the pencil top right of the agenda.
if no pencil talk to your club site admin.
