URL's not working:
toastmastersclubs.org
2512.toastmastersclubs.org

I am attempting to vising the websites above from our company virtual networks within Microsoft AVD platforms.
When attempting to connect to them however i am getting an error stating "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" via chrome and edge.
This is happening within multiple tenants on AVD and not just silo'd to my org.
Is there anything needed to whitelist traffic in any way or steps to troubleshoot this issue?
I can access the sites no problem over a local machine connection.

Most VPN are blocked because they have been used by hackers. We will not remove the blocks.

Turn off your VPN

There is no any VPN in picture in this scenario, we have NAT Gateway Configured in Azure and all subnetIPs are getting to internet through Azure Public IP.We don't have any restrictions/firewalls/NSGs applied on the outbound traffic for these websites.
