Unable to add one specific new member

I have just successfully added two new members to our club site (635.toastmastersclubs.org) but am having issues with the third new member.
I wonder if she at a previous point has unsubscribed from messages from us...? 
Her email is judyb@bookmarketingmentor.com.

When I enter her name and email on the member screen, it just remains on the top row even after pressing Save.
The other two members were entered successfully (now showing with a line through their name while awaiting their acceptance).

Please let me know what other information you need to resolve this.

Did you read the error at the top of member panel?
did you check if she is on another list, guest prospects or former member?

I see it now: "Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail: judyb@bookmarketingmentor.com (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)"
But what do I do now... I am able to send/receive email to/from that address generally. Does Judy need to allow something on her end?

please try and add the new member now.
they host with a company that allows spammers and the IP was blocked.
