1. Missing weekly agendas for Wednesday August 7, 2024 thru Nov 20, 2024.
—These agendas were created a couple weeks ago.
—They were visible earlier this week (confirmed by 2 club members as well as myself).

—They do not appear to have been deleted from the website. The “undeleting” function does not list any of them.

—Can the agendas be recovered? Have other clubs lost upcoming agendas? Was there a recent failure of FTH servers?

—Can you offer an explanation of what happened?  If you say they were deleted by “someone”, why cannot they be recovered via “undelete”?

2. LEB club #33 has agendas stored in FTH going back to 2013. Is there a limit to agendas being stored?

Thank you for your assistance. I will await a reply before I begin agenda recreation.

That does sound strange.  As you say, deleted agendas stay in the deleted list for about a month - so if they were only created 2 weeks ago and were deleted, they would still be there.
I'm not aware of any limit on the number of agendas you can keep, or of any lost agendas.
The only thing I can think of is that someone thought they were creating agendas but they were actually only changing the date of existing agendas.
Also - I note that you do have 8 deleted agendas, mostly with duplicate dates.  Try undeleting some of those to see if they are the missing ones with a wrong date

Hi Pam, thank you for the speedy reply. I am the person who created all the missing agendas. I’m also the person who deleted all the deleted ones you saw with July timeframe dates. With new officers installed in July and a (delightfully) large influx of new members I kept noticing small items in the “agenda template” which I decided to enhance.

I tried “undeleting” as you suggested but didn’t find any of the missing ones.

I just re-added the 20 missing agendas so members and mentors can schedule out roles to year end if they wish and to their hearts content.

I’ll keep a the agendas. Let’s close the support ticket. I will re-open if this peculiarity (heaven forbid) recurs. Thank you again.
