Custom e-mail group not working

We had set up a custom e-mail group (clubcentral@chinooktoastmasters.org) to include our president, vice president education and treasurer for Toastmasters International to contact club but it is not working.  We do not know how long this has been going on.  Can you provide a list of troubleshooting steps to diagnose and solve problem.  I am the club website administrator but would not consider myself to be tech savvy.

Thank you for your assistance.

Please check your DNS settings with your custom domain provider - they aren't set up correctly.
Refer to the table in section 1.2 here  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview
Your MX record is bad, and your www A record seems to be missing or garbled

I have checked our DNS settings with our custom domain provider. We currently have mail.renaissancetm.org (I have no idea where this came from) which according to the support document you provided should be mail.chinooktoastmasters.org.
The only A record listed points to 50.19.253.65 which is the FTH website. Since our only issue is e-mail, we can make the change the MX record to mail.chinooktoastmasters.org to see if the issue is corrected unless you have any further recommendations.

Thank you for your assistance.

1) the custom email groups can only be emailed by members of our club.

2) the contact email address is designed to be used as the club contact email address at toastmasters.org find-a-club, basecamp, etc
